How you earn points

• You earn 1 point for every €1 of product value on each order.
• Points are calculated on product value (not shipping) and are added once your order is completed.
• You need to be signed in to your account to collect points.

How you redeem points

• Every time you reach 500 points, we automatically email you a €5 discount coupon.
• You don't need to do anything — the coupon arrives in your inbox as soon as you hit 500 points.

Coupon terms

• The €5 coupon is valid on orders with a product value of at least €20.
• Valid for 1 month from the day you receive it.
• Single use, on one order.
• Valid across all our stores.
• To use it, enter the coupon code at checkout when completing your order.

Points expiry

Points are valid for 12 months from the day they were earned. Make sure to use them in time!
